Program radio frequencies from US to EU

How, are there any ways to do it with no dealer?

Kurwa, I have a US SAAB in Germany and have no problem getting any radio stations with the radio on my NG900. Some times a station might be off tune when I first select it, but I think the radio auto tunes because after a few seconds the sound becomes clear. I have heard of people with other US cars here having problems, but I have none.
