I think I know where this place is located but I have limited internet until Saturday and wouldn't easily be able to submit a new photo so answering the question would be remiss! I am renting a Mitsubishi Gallant, which I discovered has been discontinued. The Illinois factory which built the car can build 250,000 a year but only assembled 30-40,000 cars last year. The car cannot compare to a 9-3 except its dashboard buttons don't look like it will wear out like the rubber buttons on a 9-3. The oxygen sensor is also very easy to reach. The car has traction control but the car can still skid without too much effort.

Yes, it is Classic Remise in Berlin. Some of the cars had a German B(erlin) license plate so that provided a clue as well.
