HINT - as its Christmas Time - In this country they do drive on the wrong side of the road!

That is why I ruled out UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Singapore. Canada and the US are ruled out because those are not the kind of cars you find there. Looks like Western Europe though might consider Chile and Argentina.

The picture has not been reversed - so the cars are LHD as in USA. Another guess and another clue tomorrow!

I have located the building with the depression in the roof. The picture I saw is from the wall perpendicular to what is in the photo but everything matches.

I'll let someone else win but if nobody posts, I will reveal the answer in about a week.
