So I followed Dave's Osaka comment and was looking for tunnels...

At first I thought it was a normal tunnel entrance... but looks like it actually goes through building. Google searches of "highway through building" quickly came up with Osaka.

Dave, it's yours. You did all the work.

It's the Gate Tower Building in Osaka. The highway goes through a hole in the building. They don't touch to minimize vibration to the occupants of the building.

Sure, I went with Tokyo because it's the biggest city in Japan. Could have been Fukuoka for all I know.

Skybar, Bangkok. A little secret...the top photo shows a highway with, what looks like, driving on the left. That reduces it to some Commonwealth countries, Japan, Australia, India, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. A few other clues suggested not the UK.

This next one shouldn't be too hard.
