    You're only partially correct: not in DC, but I'll let it go. This is the Udvar-Hazy Museum at Dulles Int'l Airport in Va.

    Bingo. David's sighting of "OMSI" is the Oregon Museum of Science & Industry (we were there last week), the little black sub parked out front is the SS-581 Blueback (went in too ..... fun), and the city's aerial tram.
