Tire pressure
Has anyone played with tire pressure on their 9-5? I have an 08 sport combi with the 17 inch wheels and am still trying to find a good number for ride and performance...
Thanks,
JP

I try to keep my front tires at 33 PSI and the rear at 32.
Works for me with the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S+ tires.President, The Saab Club of Canada

I keep mine at the recommended 35 psi. I am sure Saab and tire manufacturers know these kind of things better than me.
I bought this one from Sears for about $40 and use it frequently.

I am not the one of connecting motors, such as vacuum cleaners or air compressors, to the outlet of the cigarette lighter, as they generate electrical spikes, in some cases can damage the electronics of the car.
a bad connection or lack of good contact may generate a high voltage drop, heating over the connector contacts and during a time of functioning can produce fire melting the fuse. This happened to me with a fridge camp burned the electrical circuit of the refrigerator and melted the fuse in the car.

going back to the thread...........
in Spain inflate the tires is free in the petrol station for customers, you pay for petrol and you can request the manometer to inflate the tires.
last week i checked the tires and were all 2.6 Bars what I consider is good for summer time for comfort ride.
