    A. Machined deck
    B. Polished crank
    C. Polished piston crowns and rods
    D. New piston rings & Scrapers
    E. New Main and Big End Bearings (standard size)
    F. Bearing oil clearances checked and verified true
    G. Block oil passages cleaned ( the non visual tunnels)
    H. Everything torqued to spec ( I pray)!
    I. All new seals

    2. Cylinder head
    A. 1997 Motronic N/A (B204) cylinder head
    B. professional aluminum welding to close up the 2 gaps at B202 chain cover
    C. Self made fabrication to accommodated AC and PS pulleys
    D. B202 intake and exhaust cams
    E. B202 cam gears
    F. New chain
    G. Professional pressure test
    H. Professional machine skim
    I. Completely cleaned and oiled
    J. Relocated dash engine heat temp sensor to stat housing
    K. New B202 head gasket

    Intake Manifold
    A. 2.1 N/A intake manifold
    B. B204 intake gasket

    C. Mike D special T5.2 ECU maps for automatic transmission
    D. 2.1 N/A CPS
    E. 91 9000 N/A 3 slotted trigger behind crank pulley
    F. 1997 engine loom

    Transmission
    A. 3 speed Borg & Warner box...(no turbo lag)...
    B. Completely removed all type F including torque converter
    C. New filter
    D. Sealed up pans
    E. no need to touch the bands, box shifted without fault so leave alone
    F. Cleaned oil sump back to cast.

Plasti dipped the whole exterior after stripping original paint back to metal. Stock 15" directionals because I hate super aeros and Carlson 16" aeros..

currenty on the prowl for a set of cross spokes. The only wheel that I will ever put on a C900 besides the asymmetrical directional wheels, because oppose to popular opinion they are the best wheels for a modern appeal.. And the last turbo wheels made for these classics.

Didn't realize I did do much

Hello and welcome! And thanks for sharing. Personal attacks are usually the only thing on forums that can cause problems. Fortunately, those are very rare on SaabWorld and I can't even remember the last time that happened.

If I would get a vintage Saab, a 900 convertible would be on the top of my list. Still dreaming but some day..

The wooden trim around the window switches look nice. I am uncertain whether the trim around the interior light matches. It certainly matches the other wood trim but it does look surprising to see one switch with wood trim.

I was trying to figure out how to get wood trim around the original switch (one on the left) buty its just about impossible...

they wood around the light switch and the window switches are indeed the same veneer.

    Cheers
