I got an email with a notice for a package in the mail today. When I went to pick it up from the mail room I quickly saw the transparent box with something brown and furry inside. Moosey had arrived in Germany!

Not too many pictures now because Moosey is tired from being folded into that box, but he felt right at home in my C900:

We got home and Moosey became some young man's best friend:

Unfortunately I had to separate them, otherwise Moosey would be covored in drool in no time.

Moosey (mis)adventures through Germany are just starting...

He just wanted to eat some tree branches and take a nap from the long travel...

Moosey and I went out for a drive today, just a few miles outside my home, on a nice forestry road.

Moosey wanted to pose for some shots so I obliged...

He wanted to get close to nature, so I found a stump for him...

Our little moose wanted to remind everybody that the forest is not a dumpster (what the sign says)

A few kilometers down the road we found a wood pile, he started to cry in delight, wanting to pose again!

One more pose with the C900 and we went home

Snow or no snow, Moosey seems to be right at home in the woods.

Yep, it's a warm winter here right now. A month ago you'd think it was Alaska...

Rather than rush Moosey out of Germany, as long as he isn't lost or thrown in the trash, why not allow him to see whatever his temporary guardian sees?

Perhaps in the spring, Moosey might see Austria, Switzerland, or Liechtenstein? Of if he stays in Germany, perhaps some of the Olympic sites in Munich or the airplane museum in Sinsheim (where they have both supersonic airliners, the Concorde and the Tu-144)? Even downtown Ansbach or Nuremburg (is that where Moosey is?) would be interesting. I once was going to stop in Nuremburg but didn't. Instead I drove further to Hof, where I had a bathroom break. I'm sure Hof thinks it is more memorable than that. Or maybe somewhere else in Germany that I never heard of?

Any new adventures? I bet the little guy loves the German party scene, culture, bier and even may look good in lederhosen. Let's keep it going.

Hello... Moosey still alive? Please send him on his way to the next SW member because I want to see some adventures. No excuses! He's supposed to move to the next location within a few weeks or a month at most.
