I ordered some parts a few weeks ago and had no problem at all. They even responded to my email asking if they had a certain part in stock.

I ordered a part about 10 days ago - everything worked fine. They e-mailed early the next day to state that the part was back-ordered, but aside from that, everything is good at TheSaabSite (as far as I know).

I think they are a small operation. Where the three calls on the same day? Maybe it was an off day for them (summer BBQ?), who knows? Try again some other day.

They can be finicky sometimes, in my experience. Just try again, and be patient. They are oddly cultish and religious over there, so maybe it's some strange holy day for them...
