So, Elsa's front passenger window stopped working correctly. I could get the window up and down, but the switch was persnickety, so it was time for a replacement or a fix. The Bentley manual was real superficial on the switches - they only showed how to remove the whole cluster. I finally figured out how to remove the individual switches, and had to open up both front switches. Both had some good scoring and oxidation, so I broke out the QC Electronic cleaner and the 600-grit paper. I took the copper teeter-totters out and sanded and lubed them. I put the switches back together, but got the passenger side put together wrong (closed in the open position and vice-versa) so I took it apart again and flipped the toggle.

I suppose I could have dropped the $38.00 on eBay, but for one switch, that seemed like a lot when the switches I had could be revived.

I should have taken pictures, but I just wanted to get the task done.

I'm happy - all the windows work pretty well now.
