There are 2 perfect free apps for the Ipad. Just serach in the app-store (Saab95)
one for the audio/nav (info)-system and one for generic car-info.

Just downloaded the "95 Manual" and it's all in German, with no apparent option for English.

That's probably in Dutch, not German. The Dutch manuals have been the only ones I found in the app store.
