Clock Alarm & Speed reminder at 72mph?

Hello -

I'm not a total putz but I feel like one at present. How in the world do you set the alarm on the clock? At 5:20pm the vehicle beeps as if a car clock alarm is going off.. eventually it stops after a couple minutes.. I found the clock/alarm setting on the SID and chose customize but the alarm is set to OFF - I have no idea what to try.

AND

when speed is reached at 72mph a signal beep goes off until you go above for a few seconds.. can this be set or disabled?
