The D indicates a diesel engine, linear, vector and aero are trim levels. I'm assuming that that "T" indicates a turbo and TTiD is a twin-turbo diesel.
LPT means Low Pressure Turbo and is a gasoline engine.
SE and TS are trim levels, I assume. We don't get that many engine choices in the US, so I assume those are European models.
We only got a choice of 3 engines, all gasoline. The 4cyl 2.3L LPT was in the 9-5 and the 9-3 had two engine choices up until 09(I think, maybe 08), a 4cyl 2.0T and a 2.8 Turbo V6 in Aero trim.
If I'm wrong, please someone with more knowledge than I chime in.

SE was an older trim model in the States here; I'm not sure in the rest of the world. For example, my car is a 1996 900 SE. The SE was the top of the line trim at the time.

SE was top of the line, not bottom, so Standard Edition wouldn't fit. The SE was marketed as a not only more luxurious but sportier too since it did come standard with the 2.0 Turbo engine, and marketing of the time reflects that. It wouldn't surprise me if it stood for Sport Edition, or Special Edition.
