What is this hose?

Hey guys I know this is going to sound like a dumb question but I was wondering what this hose is? I have a 99 9-5 3.0 and the hose in the picture is bad and needs to be replaced but I don't know what it is so I was hoping someone here could help me. Thanks!

looks like your turbo pressure hose or intake hose from the WIS.

Are you losing turbo boost pressure? If that hose is as bed as you mention you should be seeing some power drop. Eitehr way, if it looks beat from outside it's better to replace anyway before you get a boost leak.\

I'm not sure about the removal steps for this hose on your model 9-5, but I have removed the similar hose on a NG900 and a MY2000 9-5, both were pretty easy to remove and re-install. If you have minor mechanical skills you can do it too.
