Question about the "aws 55-50" (the saab's tranny) and valve body

recently while i was driving in M mode on my 2006 9-5 my transmission jump and went into limp mode and i got the error p0743.

I bought the SOLENOID LOCK-UP, and with it the slt and sls solenoids. my transmission jumps from time to time when going from drive to reverse, thats why i decided to buy the other solenoids, that and they came as a set.

I have also been doing the drain an fill for my transmission fluid.

    The Question:
since i am going to change the solenoid from the valve body is it also a good idea to clean the valve body itself?
    would it be complicated?

does the valve body need to come off to clean it?

I guess you have fixed it by now but I wouldnt mess with the VB large can of worms if you misplace anything. Just replace the solenoids.and use the saab atf.
