1996 900SE ACC Fault Code - 1
So just as winter came around, my ACC decided to finally kick the bucket. After running the calibration, I get code 1, or ACC Module – Internal control module failure. How do I fix that? Do I just need to go buy another ACC panel? Will taking this thing apart help at all? I'd at least like to get the fans running temporarily to help prevent the windshield from fogging up.

I don't think taking it apart will help. I'd try to find a good used one from breakers or ebay.

That's what I was thinking. Are these just plug n' play, or do they have to be married with a Tech II?

I removed mine lots of times and disconnected the battery, for long periods of time, in the process and there were no issues. So my guess is it's plug and play.

Great. Thanks bullet! Just got one online. None in any of the local scrap yards I called.
