High fuel consumption
Hi guys, i am the proud owner of a SAAB 95 NG 2.0 Manual.
I took delivery of this beautiful car last April, but unfortunately the fuel economy has been dropping ever since.
I am now achieving 16.5 mpg.
the car has been back to the main dealers several times and i have been told the there are no problems showing up in diagnostics.
Has anybody else a similar problem?
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Can it be as simple as that the weather has gotten colder and that the car is just consuming more fuel under these conditions (I know mine does...)?

What has changed on the car since then? Sport exhaust? Spark plugs, filters, oil viscosity..? Is there a higher oil consumption too?
