Cannot locate the heater hoses in 1997 Saab SE 900

Hi there,

I cannot locate the heater hoses that from the heater core through the firewall to the engine. I looked up some pictures and diagrams online, but when i try to find them in the car I can't see them. I cannot see the tubing coming out from the firewall. Will I be able to see it from underneath the engine? I have attached some pictures of what I can see.

Any help will be really appreciated!!!

They are right above were the shift rod comes out of the firewall on the left side are down low a little one goes to the head and the other goes to a pipe near the tstat housing. all on the lh side of the car.

Thanks Oldsaabguy! Did you mean on the left side of the car? Do any of the pictures l attached show the hoses? Thanks

the top left does show the one on the head ,it is in the center below the top rad hose. follow it back to the heater core the other one will be next to it. you will laugh that you missed them when you see them.
