Cannot move seat back or forth
My beautiful Saab has only 123,000 miles. Just experienced a problem with driver side electric seat. Cannot move seat back or forth. Control results in clicking sound only. The seat riser control works fine. Any help suggestions?

Sounds like the motor may be fried. Do the lights dim along with the click? If so the track could be jammed.
Unbolting the seat and flipping it back to look underneath only takes about 15 minutes.

assuming you can move the seat to get at the track bolts
If the motors are getting power when you hit the switch it sounds like a motor problem. If no power to the motor check the memory switch by swapping it out for another. This is usually the problem when the seat is moving forward or back and it stops between movement or pulses the direction you want.European Motor Services, LLC - Point Pleasant, PA 18950 - www.europeanmotorsvc.com
