Warning lights stay on..headlights are out
HHHEEELLLPPP....My son's 01 95 base wagon(4 cyl)auto trans. has flipped out!went to start it today and it started fine but all the warning lights stayed on..headlights are out..brake lights in the back are on(like you are applying the brakes and the car will barely move when you put it in gear.Anybody have an idea or suggestion?Last week installed new battery and did a serpentine belt and pulley job on it .

Do you have anyway to get the check engine codes read?
If not, my first step would be to unplug the battery for a bit to reset the ECU, and see if the lights come back.Free SaabWorld Stickers

Thanks again for your thoughts. This wagon has truly earned it's name"Green Goblin" as of late with all it's electrical issues. The SID went out about 8 mos.ago, the turbo is actually intermittent now and my son just keeps driving it.We live less than a mile from his high school.Anyway, thanks again for your input.I think a trip/tow to the dealership is now in order.
