Show us your dash! Where do you put your phone? Your coffee???
Serious question ...
I'm coming from a 9-5 with NAV and cup holders!
In the 900, I will be using my BlackBerry as my NAV system and will therefore need to have its screen visible so I can see/follow instructions.
Also, I am struggling with where to put my coffee ... never mind a beverage for the passenger.
If anyone out there has tackled these "issues", please post photos of your solutions.President, The Saab Club of Canada

My Garmin nuvi works when I place it in the center console in a 9-3SS. In the classic 900 with a center console, if you have a small box of tissues or similar box, you can prop the GPS just outside the compartment with the GPS antenna resting on top of the small box.
If you can find the right thin clear plastic tray in a package of cookies, you might put the GPS in this or rest it outside of it and put it on the dashboard in the center recess of the 900. One can also put a bean bag mount in that recess.
Still another way is to buy some sort of suction mount for the window, though that is a theft risk. Proclipusa.com is one of several companies that make a mount that attaches to the heating/AC grilles.

Months ago I saw a stick-on cupholder that folded closed downwards and presented a clean, square shape when closed. It would have been perfect for the C900, just stick it behind the ignition key between the seats. That was before I bought my C900, so I didn't buy it (didn't need it!). I sure wish I could find it again, and once in a while I'll peruse Amazon but so far no luck. If you get one of those mugs that is wider at the bottom than at the top, the kind that won't tip over easily, you can set it between the seats and drive carefully. Truth is the C900's interior was designed in the mid 70s, much before our era of bring-along beverages in the car. For my wallet, keys and all else I use the large cubbyhole in front of the gear shift lever.
You could put this one on your door, but make sure you mount it securely or you'll get spilled coffee in your car:

Do you know which vehicles they are listed for? On their site you have to chose year and model, I am searching random Bimmers and getting nothing. If you have their part numbers would be great too.

Dash is out, but on the right you can see the creative way the PO added cup holders. Ugly to be sure but oddly functional and perfectly placed.

I'm also against drilling for screws on the plastic, but I'll go for double sided sticky tape.
