While I would normally gravitate to an Aero for any Saab car, 1) I can't afford the (lack of) fuel economy in the 9-7X Aero and 2) I have no burning desire to own the quickest Saab ever made! ;-) Besides, tires, brakes, etc would also be a killer on the wallet!

9-7 don't get fuel economy anyway you look at it - might as well get the ONLY good one built and pony up for the AERO.
The 5.3 is the logical choice between the I6 and the V8 - and it got a smidge better MPG's
Problems - oh yea, but what car doesn't have them. Oil Pressure Sensors, Air Injection Pumps, Electrical Issues, Starter Circuit Issues, Air Bag suspension problems, Fan Clutch, Radiators and so on. Typical problems i've seen anyways. The rare breed Aero's I've not heard to much problems with however.European Motor Services, LLC - Point Pleasant, PA 18950 - www.europeanmotorsvc.com
