Cbv

I just recently got my first saab, 99 9-5 4cyl. It has a coolant leak and seems to be coming from the cbv I can't really see it much but Only two hoses are connected to the unit and the third outlet/inlet not sure which it is, is capped and that cap is cracked.


Any ideas why this would be capped, and what did it connect too?


Edit, the first pic I posted is the capped side, it ends right at the side of the pic.
