Interesting cars at Range Rover dealership
Rover Classic is a Range Rover dealership in Staten Island, NY, who has the most interesting used car lot I have seen in a while. A quick look at their site reveals a list with some interesting cars, such as a Panoz Esperante, a few nicely lifted Cherokees, a slant nose DP-body 911 Targa, Audi 90 Quattro Sport, MD 300SD W116 chassis, an Oldsmobile Diesel (only rare because those engines were crap and most cars scrapped), Maserati BiTurbo, VW Dasher Diesel Wagon, Volvo 740 Diesel Wagon, etc. Their used cars sales manager must have the philosophy that only interesting cars can be sold there. I approve.
Saab is pretty well represented on their lot with some interesting examples too: a 1991 900 Convertible sold to the Netherlands (Frank must be stocking the barn in his dream retirement tulip farm), a few NG900 and a Viggen convertibles, a 2001 9-5 Aero with 72000 miles, a 1994 9000 Aero with 70000 miles (!!!), a 9000 CSE with 98000 miles, a 1993 900 SE with full service history and 130k miles, a 2011 9-5 Turbo 4 with 5803 miles, a 1971 96 V4 with 11904 miles (holy crap this thing must be pristine), a 1991 900 SPG with 91000 miles, a 9-3 Turbo X with 28000 miles, etc. There are a bunch more Saabs, as I didn't put them all here. Seems like their are Saab lovers too.
I spent the last half hour perusing their list, and making a mental note of the website for when I win the lotto.
