Started and shut off in about 10 seconds and wouldn't start again

I have a 01 9-5 v6 . I parked at work and when I came out it started and shut off in about 10 seconds and wouldn't start again . Starter was working just no fire . I found a bad fuse and replaced it. It started once again and did the same thing then smoke came from the center console and I hurried to disconnect the battery . When I reconnected the battery I have no power anywhere.

It is almost impossible to diagnose this kind of problem remotely. However you will need to gain access to the area where the smoke was emitted and look for damaged wiring. I would suspect chaffed wires in the region of the ignition switch or even the switch itself but without seeing the car I can't be any more definite.

So I took the console out and pulled the electrical part of the switch out and found absolutely nothing burnt or no funny smells . Maybe cps?

The smoke came from somewhere and it is important to understand where and why, even if there is no lasting damage. If possible check the switch operation with a multi meter. You will need WIS to do this but there is a link on this site http://saabworld.net/showthread.php?t=33310 or you can use WIS online https://saabwisonline.com/.
