Is this the area (white arrow)?
I see on-line that the part has been delivered, having it in-hand should help me understand how it's wired (connector).

4 torx head, 4, 8mm fasteners to remove the front belly pan, a little wriggling to remove the old sensor, a bit more to snap in the new one and the issue is fixed.

My pan was cracked with a piece missing there so I didn't have to remove anything. So I didn't even think about having to remove anything. Glad you got it sorted out.

I'm now looking at a 2009 9-7X, too. Are these true Saabs or basically Saturns?
