What problems do the OEM brakes have that this upgrade will solve?

OEM Brakes are Soft and with this heavy of a car the stopping distance needs to be reduced.
Brakes just came in to, and I am having Custom SS Lines made (Confirmed) and some Motul RBF 600

Front Rotor (355mm)
Fronts Assembled
Rears
Very Peculiar thing I noticed about the stock pad, the braking surface is cut by about 20 to 30% because for some odd reason who ever designed the pad decided to put grooves/valleys on the sides. This design makes no sense to me and if anything reduces the amount of the contact surface for the pad and the rotor. Also tricks the owner into thinking they have more pad left when in reality you have to get a new pad when your indicator starts hitting the valleys and not the backing plate of the pad.
Getting Stainless Steel Lines Installed on Thursday with a Motful RBF 660 Flush (Fluid dirty despite it being changed 15k miles ago).Last edited by kanundrum; 16 July 2013 at 01:39.

Custom SS Teflon Lines if anyone is interested. The car Stops so much better now its at least a good 30% to 40% Braking Improvement.
