2000 9-5 won't charge
Been through 4 batteries, was told starter and alternator going bad however when jump stated, power windows work fine, radio, air, etc., yet still wont hold a charge. Researched dice system and found the radio will turn on after the car has been turned off for over 30 minutes, suspect the dice system is bad. Cleaned the ignition completely. My theory is there is more than one issue; I think the voltage regulator on the alternator is bad and the dice system is bad. Any thoughts?

Voltage regulator is built into the alternator. I would check to make sure the alternator is putting out around 14 volts when running.
