'new' saab need help

top won't go down. PO says that it's a module under the hood.

speedo doesn't work.

ABS warnings on dash.

Welcome to Saab World! You've come to the right place, we have some other people who might be able to help you with your top, I can add some words about the speedo and ABS lights:

Speedo not working and ABS lit up means your ABS/TCS module needs to be rebuilt or replaced. I bet your TCS light is on too. Rebuild of the module isn't too expensive, much cheaper than a new or used module: http://saabworld.net/f29/saab-9-5-an...llation-27574/
