trying to identify an odd noise.....

I'm trying identify an odd.noise . The only way to describe it would be the same sound of blowing over a bottle or similar to a sound that a whale makes. It seems to be coming from the front driver side I was thinking possibly a wheel bearing or hub. It seems to happen around 2000 rpms but not exactly the same every time also it only happens when I'm accelerating it seems when I put it in neutral I don't hear it anymore I know that's not much information to go off of but its all I have for the time being I thought someone else may have had the same issue in the past. My clutch is getting old but its not happening while releasing the clutch clutch is fully engaged while this noise it's happening. Like a hummmmmmmmm noise similar to a whale at at around 2k rpms and just I intermittenly while accelerating

While I never heard a whale at 2000 rpm, I imagine it might be your turbo bypass valve. Does it happen when turbo boost starts to go up, as your boost needle moves from white to orange?

i don't think it's the five pass out or blow off valve if that's what you're referring to the only way I can describe it is that it sounds like someone blowing into a bottle the odd noise that makes similar to driving with your parking brake on, it doesn't involve brakes I would have noticed that and the pads arent hot calipers aren't sticking
