Saabarchive.net - colors and wheels database
Hi!
I've been working on a website for some time now, and it's finally finished
My goal has been to create a complete searchable overview of all original Saab colors and wheels. There's still more work to do, and I'm counting on fellow enhusiasts to help me fill in the remaining blanks. Send me a contribution (through the site) if you can help me with a missing photo, or if you've found an error. I'd like to encourage everyone to take a look around the site, there are some interesting info there. Note that there are reference images of all wheels and colors! (Although some are still missing)
Have a look at Saab Archive - Saab Archive !
It would be most helpful if you also like the official Facebook-site at http://www.facebook.com/thesaabarchive , and share it with fellow enthusiasts This is important, so that as many people as possible can join in the process on completing the missing information!

Wow, that is awesome!
I can grab a photo of two different types of the 5x170 steel wheels. Would you like them with the chrome caps, or without? Unfortunately I painted them black, so they are not the stock silver color.Free SaabWorld Stickers

That's an amazing effort and great resource. Well done!
These colors for the og9-5 are not in there yet. Color codes found on automotivetouchup.com .
307 - Pepper Green
2008 Saab 9-5, $18,650 - Cars.com
311 - Glass Gray Metallic
Glass Gray is a greenish silver and was only offered on the 2009 MY in the US. Difficult to find a good picture of it. 311 Glass Gray is very similar to 313 Glacier Silver, perhaps even exactly the same.

303 - Titan Gray
A little bit lighter than Carbon Gray. Also not sure where to find a good picture.

Thanks a lot! So these are actual colors? I've tried to figure this out earlier These were all originally in my database I've got Titan grey, but only as MY07.
I've noted that these colors were mentioned somewhere, but then I got the SAAB WIS color list, there's no mention of 307 or 311, so I assumed these were wrong.
I've found no real proof of these colors on og9-5, they're not in my sales brochures either. I'm wondering if they might be region spesific color choices.
Can someone tell me on what model years these colors where available on og9-5?
- 303 Titan grey 07-08?
- 307 Pepper green 08-09?

Pepper Green (Pfeffergrun) and Glass Gray (Glasgrau) are also in the brochure for Germany so they were not unique for the US market. Deutschland - 2009 Saab 9-5 brochure - Downloads - SaabWorld
Pepper Green is not in the UK brochure and what they call Glacier Silver looks very similar to Glass Gray. United Kingdom - 2009 Saab 9-5 brochure - Downloads - SaabWorld
I have 307 - Pepper Green in my WIS but Glass Gray isn't mentioned.

I see. Well, this is noted! I'll do an update of the database in a couple of days, and this new information will be included. As you can all see, it's quite a difficult task putting all the information together, especially when there are regional differences in available colors!
If anyone can help with Glass grey or titan grey og9-5 images, I'd love to hear from you!

305 - Electric Blue was never offered on the og9-5.
The picture you have for 301 - Arbor Green appears the same color as Pepper Green. The one I posted earlier is a bit light in the picture.
Looking at those wheels, satin trim around headlights and silver roof rails, I am thinking this is a 2009 and not a 2006.
This is a 9-3 in Arbor Green. Never seen it on a 9-5 though.

This 9-5 was manufactured in 2008 and I believe it is a 2008 MY as well.
Pretty sure it is Titan Gray.

Here is another Gray 2008MY. Titan Gray was the only gray color in the US for 2008.

I am 99% sure this is Glass Gray, even though the site lists it as Pepper Green. I looked at a 2009 Glass Gray 9-5 before and thought it was the nicest color on a 9-5 ever.
