am trying to clone my ecu with an used one from ebay with tech 2. same part number, 5565020.
however, it wasn't successful and these are the error codes. anyone can shed some lights?

Thumbs Up: 0 Had the same problem, can add but cannot SPS update. Had to buy ecu from identical car and just ADD to replace bad T8 ecu.

Thumbs Up: 4 First off - is this a REAL Tech2? If yes - then I would agree with the comment above. The ECU is not compatible with your car. If it's a China Tech2 then I'd try a real one first.

Thumbs Up: 0 Yes I was on SAAB tech advisory team, awarded Tech2 after my year. Had plenty of problems with '03 and early '04 conv. T8 ecu's. Now have my own Saab indy shop on Long Island.
