Driver side rear seat bottom leather replacement?

Have a slight problem. Apparently a bottle of Off! Skintastic bug spray leaked on my back seat. It messed up the leather and my mom's pants.

In any case, on the seat bottom now there is an area that looks like the top surface pealed off, and there is a harden "clump" of this stuff along the seam. The part that is now the spot is also starting to ripple or get loose.

I'm considering changing the seat bottom. If the parts are available, how easy is it to do myself?

    Any thoughts?

I'll bet a few of those are available as I can't imagine many of us have asked for that replacement part (as opposed to the windshield supply, which we've drained).

As for how easy ... if it is truly a cover, it should not be too bad, IMO.
