Can I switch driver and passenger seat bottoms?

On my 2002 9-5, the passenger seat bottom looks nearly new, and the driver's side seat bottom has seen 11 years, and 110,000 miles. Can they be switched out with each other? It appears that the electronics are separate of the cushion itself. I have seen a number of threads on changing out the entire seats, but not just the seat bottoms.

    Thanks forum!

From removing and changing out my 1998 9-5 front seats. I'd think so. I don't remember anything being untoward. The biggest thing to watch for is the heated seat pad. Easiest thing to do would be just change the seat cushion. Which just unclips on mine. Just watch that the clips (moulded plastic ribs) are fully fitted, otherwise you will have the front of the seat cushion lift after a while.
More things change. The more they stay the same.

Should work fine. Likely you would have a working heated seat too - or this would be a good time to replace those grids

I was thinking of doing the same on both of my cars. The C900 is definitely the same, the 9-5 might be a bit different around the seat belt area, but all else seems equal.

    Thank you for the reply.
From where would they unclip? I'm gonna give it a shot...
