Replace Standard Car Stero 2006 Saab 93

Is it possible to replace the standard car stereo on a 2006 Saab 93 1.8T Vector Auto?

Replace with an aftermarket head unit? Very difficult to do because the Saab head unit controls other functions in the car as well so it must be hooked up one way or another.
