oil change tutorial?
The first oil change done on my 1999 9-3 after I bought it a few months ago was done at a shop. I might do one myself.
How?
My guess is that it is similar to a classic 900 in some ways except the oil filter is not as conveniently located and the car needs to be lifted up.
?1. open hood a crack to make sure the hood release works.
?2. ramps, jack stands, or lift, remove oil filler cap.
?3. drain oil, remove oil filter with a strap wrench, then put a new filter (spread a little oil on the gasket)
?4. replace oil plug and ???copper oil drain plug washer
?5. fill with oil, check for leaks

1. Yes, good idea to make sure you can fill it up again.
2. It's possible to do without raising the car if it's not lowered and once you know where everything is. Easier to raise the car though until then.
3. Drain oil, remove filter by hand in most cases (use strap wrench if filter was installed by a gorilla). Check filter to make sure old gasket is removed with filter. Put on new filter, lightly oiling gasket.
4. Replace drain plug, optionally using copper washer. I will replace the washer every other or every third change.
5. Fill with oil, check for leaks. Dumping in 4 quarts is usually the right amount or slightly under -- check and top up if needed.
6. While car is raised anyways, check other components (e.g. bushings, exhaust condition, brake hose condition, CV boots, etc.) to get a picture of general health. Better to catch something early.
