Strange question for sure, but when I was working at the local veggie farm I had to paint some stuff using oil-based paint, and apparently I didnt see that I had gotten some on my shorts, so I sit down and then get home and notice yellow paint on my seat. Also got some on the steering wheel.
So does anyone know a good way of removing oil-based paint from leather without damaging it?

I have removed paint from leather with charcoal lighter fluid on a rag and a light rubbing action. It takes a while if you are gentle. Does not wreck the leather, but condition it when you are done.

My buddies grandfather made millions from a process used by a lot of dry cleaning places called "New Method". I would call them and ask if they could handle a seat cover if you removed it from the frame.
The whole thing behind "New Method" was that it didn't harm leather or suede.
