how to replace a radiator on 2002 9.5 3.0 arc? does one have to jack up the engine as I did to replace the alternator? Can not get the cooling fan out past the turbo inlet.

Thumbs Up: 0 No, you will not have to lift the engine, just raise the car up to give you enough room to work under it as well as drop the radiator out of the engine bay.

Thumbs Up: 0 I have a 2002 95 ARC 133k and the radiator exploded on the bottom. At first I thought it was the hose. Before it blew, on some days the temp gauge would read in the middle. On other days it would read: 1/4 and I would have no heat. The question is : Was the thermostat stuck open then closed when the radiator blew ?? At the moment, it is being repaired. I'm also told if the stat needs to be replaced, it's a two hour job. I still love my SAABS.
