Strange engine noise from saab 9-5 98 mod

I hav been hearing this strang whining noise from my engine for the last few months. i hva recently cleaned up the oil sump/pan and changed the turbo so it cant be that.
found a youtube clip with a saab with about the same noise i have, only mine is a bit deeper; Saab 9-5 strange noise 2 - YouTube
please answer if you know what the problem could be, conserning this noise.

My first guess is accessory belt pulley bearings. Perhaps the alternator bearings as suggested in the Dutch comment on the video?

Power steering pump whine. Sound like a mini supercharger...very suttle. Check your PS pump.
