Door latch broken - won't stay closed
I have a 93 SS and the LR door latch won't latch. When I try and get it to click with a screwdriver it just springs back open. Guess I'm looking at a new latch mechanism unless someone has another suggestion? I saw a video that showed it being removed through the outside door handle hole... easier that removing the glass. I'll probably try that and fiddle with it.

I got it out through the door handle hole no problem. It seems either the fact that I was physically flipping/knocking it around, or when I disconnected the wiring, the latch
started working again. So I put it back together and so far so good. It'll probably break again soon
