Hey guys! Need help identifying my SAAB

Hey everyone. My name is Calvin and I hope to have much fun on this forum helping people when I can. But currently I need help identifying exactly what type of SAAB I have. I will give you what I do know and a pic or two. I was able to get this car not running for only $500.00 USD. Currently, after much work, it runs great but fails Emissions test (NOx at 15mph "up hill test" in California).

    Red leather interior
    White exterior

What do you need help identifying about it?

I'm no C900 expert, but it looks to be a pretty standard 900 turbo convertible.

Good luck with the silly California emissions stuff.

Wondering if it is an Areo or SPG. Because of the redbox and the Areo rims

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but it doesn't appear you've got the SPG bumpers, and I don't believe you could get an SPG in the United States with a red interior and white paint.

That's a turbo - not a SPG (USA didn't get "Aero" c900) The wheels are painted SPG wheels it looks like (missing center caps). Just someone trying to fancy it up a little.

I have yet to reinstall the centre caps. And what about the redbox? It is legit, not painted or a modded back box. I also found that the USA had an "airflow" car.
