I purchased a mirror from them through their Ebay site. They were prompt in shipping it and it was well priced. Unfortunately, it was not w/memory. They apologized, asked me to ship it back to them and refunded my original payment and the return shipping costs within hours of the package being delivered to them.
So, even though the part was wrong, I still recommend them for good service and the integrity of making their mistakes good, quickly and politely.
