I am not sure what time they begin arriving at the Exxon in Frederick, Md. However, I think they usually depart from that location around 1:00 PM on Friday. Our group is planning on arriving between 12:30 and 1:00 PM.
We currently have 4 cars in our group that plan to attend SAABs@Carlisle, we just need to coordinate the meeting times to try and accommodate those interested in the SAAB Convoy.
I just received the SAABs@Carlisle official poster file Monday, btw --- the poster is gorgeous. I will be getting the posters posted at various independent SAAB Shops this week, so hopefully our numbers will grow!
Last year was my first time participating in the SAAB Convoy from Frederick, it was a blast ---- and I still get a kick out of looking at the videos!!!

What time are people arriving on the Friday of? I am off that day and traveling solo - maybe a small caravan if anyone from SEPA is going the same time. I was going to AIM to get there early this year and help out if needed.

I registered for one as I think that was a requirement to get an onsite camping spot.

Yes, no matter what you put a car on the showfield, any saab just get it there.

I don't know why you didn't pre-register? Contact Central Penn Saab club for registration details.

I will post some pictures I took, and some that were posted on Facebook then. But an overall awesome weekend. I was only there Friday and Saturday, but had a great time as usual.
Took the $500 c900 project - a lot of people voted for me in the "Diamond in the Rough" category - but I didn't win - no big deal though!
Attendance this year was around 240 cars I think I was told..that's an insane amount of Saabs & Saab owners!
This was my Friday.....
Met Brian on Friday....he has one of the finest examples of an SPG...like I said I'll post those pictures then....he while looking under my hood noticed my door wiring harness was corroded and in a state of [almost] disrepair.
So for most of Friday I rewired from the fusebox to the driver's side door and...well nothing works....but it's exactly how it was before...with no chance [pretty sure] of fire!
And on Saturday, I met Paul who went on to helping me (well to be honest he did the work - but showed me everything wrong) fix the c900's searching idle. He just came over and knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. The c900 after leaving the snowfield runs and works better than when it got there! I would call it a success!
I'll post the pictures then once I get them off my camera.-- My Fleet --
