SAAB emblems falling off
What's with the propensity for the SAAB emblem on the front and back to fall off? I've read about this from other owners and I just bought a 2006 9-3 which has both front and back emblems missing. There are a lot of replacements for sale on eBay, so it must be a fairly common problem.

That is very common, not much you can do than to replace or put a sticker on it. I replaced the hood emblem on my 9-5 when I bought it and recently the hatch emblem fell off during the arctic cold a few months ago.
Saab Parts in the US is having a promotion where you can get a free emblem when you spend $100 on parts or services.

If you're in the UK (and I believe some other countries), they will replace it for free and also include a free inspection.
