Parking brake cable
'04 9-5 ARC 2.3T. How to tighten the Parking brake cable.? The handle pulls up all the way and the car will still roll - only a little, but the brakes are obviously not holding the car.

Two steps are required on the 9-5 handbrake adjustments and they should be done in this order, hoping they are readable
