Yes, I bought the car, and I am doing some minor repair and adjustments with the Saab garage near San Sebastian in Spain. I intend to get Spanish number plates on the car, but it might not be too easy, as the Spanish authorities do not like too much the German papers I have, but insist on a COC - Certificate of Compliance. Any advice??

    Hans,

You may want to try the route that I took: get the car permanently registered in Germany and then export to another EU country. More info on The saga about but PM me if you have specific questions.
This route is more or less proven given that (with the exception of the Norwegian SC) all other road legal SCs followed the same process.

    Michel
