Trionic 7 question
This may be a silly question but -
Since all things computer get software updates over time, has there ever been such a thing as either a software or firmware update for the Trionic 7 since its initial release ?

Timing, fuel injection and as part of the boost controller is controlled by the ECU. There are many versions on "tuning" the ecu on the T7. Mostly to raise HP. To my knowledge, and for example, you need a Tech 2 to modify the ECU to adapt to an upgraded turbo. I have not heard of any OEM firmware updates so to speak like for the gearbox or Sat Nav.
