I got this code CEL P2187 and from what all I've read here, it could be a purge valve or maybe a check valve. Could be a minor vapor leak. Coming back from shop as I was accelerating I noticed what could be described as a little slippage or power loss, I thought maybe it was going to die on me for a second, but when I let off it resumed normally.

I checked the "brake booster check valve", and one of the lines is broke but in place. When I take it loose I can hear it sucking air obviously. When I replace it it stops, but is it still a cause for a vacuum leak like this ? I ordered a new purge valve and new brake booster check valve, but it has the lines already attached. Does anybody know where to get the check valve by itself w/o attached lines or should I just replace the whole thing ? I know the lines are a rigid material and may not be formed properly.

The whole line isn't too expensive and would be the better repair. I actually have one brand new on my tool box if it's the normal check valve which comes apart/crumbles. It's behind the intake near the bulkhead about 4 inches down. The pipe is an involved "Y" like section with quick disconnects. I could pack it and ship it to you if you wanted to buy it from me for less than a dealer would charge you.

I appreciate the offer, I actually found the whole assembly online for REALLY cheap. https://www.eeuroparts.com/Parts/338...alve-12847287/
