Europe navigation working!
It has finally happend after a long search and many options it is working!
And the best thing it is not just a navigation it offers a wide range of languages that works for the whole system, so in my case the whole system is now in Dutch, it works for the 9-5 as well.
its costing a pretty penny but finally the car is complete

Good news! Details about cost and on how to make it work would be very very helpful for other 9-4X owners in Europe.

Good news! And what about the FM radio frequencies? Is is possible to tune to radio stations with "even" frequencies?

The cost of the operation is 3000 € the operation is organized by Nisar from Venza exclusive cars in Almere Venza Exclusive Cars to make it work you must bring you car to him or a location where you make an appointment with him this i don't know as it is up to him. there ar several specialists involved one for the software one for the hardware and one for the hookup with gm, there was a whole crew of tech guys working in the weekend to do the upgrade on all the cars that he has and for the cars that he already sold and is doing service for or where know te need this.
the radio was forgotten by everyone until i asked a question about it next time around this issue wil also be solved, this in itself is an easy fix if you want it on several austarlian and new zealand websites there is a device available for about 80 € that will fix this problem as they import a lot off cars from japan where they have the same issue.
Hopefully this will help you out.
by the way i was off for a couple off day's driving tru the country and it works perfect!
