Window Roller Replacement Question
Just picked up a '99 9-5 V6 Turbo. Passenger side window does the shark tail thing where it must be assisted by hand in order to roll up or down - clearly need to replace the rollers. Question is, do I have the same issue on the drivers side? On that side the window is stuck in the up position. When I hit the switch to roll it down it does wiggle just a little real quick, and then when I hit it to roll it up it wiggles a little bit again, but never enough to even crack the window. Is this likely a window roller problem as well, or is it more likely the motor or something like that? Would the motor still wiggle the window if it had died? And if it is still the rollers, will I be able to remove the window or access the rollers while the window is in the up position? Thanks for any advice!

You need to take the inside door skins off.
YouTube has a tutorial for the roller replacement.
If the rollers are broken or off the track you will need 4 new ones.
Clean the track and the part the roller goes onto well. Lube and replace.
I find it easiest to replace the rollers with the window mid way down. You will see.
Don't drop the window!
Good luck.
